No. Business Central and Dynamics 365 are where most of our clients run, but the orchestration layer routinely spans CRM, e-commerce, logistics, and project systems from other vendors. The engagement follows your process, not a product roadmap.

Who owns the agents and templates Orqive builds?

Yes — it is services 1.4 to 1.6 inside the Tier 1 advisory practice.
